Cardiff Nam Pai Chuan Grading – 10 June 2017

Just as a reminder the grading will start at 11am tomorrow morning but make sure you are there by 10:30am! There will also be a free class afterwards which is open to everyone.

Our social is going to be held at Wahaca on the Saturday evening at 7:30pm. The socials are always great fun as it’s a chance to have a chat rather than getting to know each other whilst in a headlock! Let Lisa know if you would like to book a seat.
